"Five stars all around. I’ve never had an insurance company like this. I most often speak with Nanci, But have corresponded with Katelyn as well. Everyone in the office is professional, prompt, and easy to talk to. It’s so nice knowing that your insurance policies and questions (really anything you need) are being handled by actual people and you’re not waiting on a line talking to a robot. I’ve spoken to them consistently throughout the year because I have opened so many policies with them, and they have always been great, and never get annoyed. Because of the excellent customer service, I now have five policies With them (two auto, one boat, renters, and a life insurance policy). They truly give the best rates, discounts, and are amendable to changes. The agents are very experienced and will help you wherever possible.
